The staff on Qatar airline is really amazing. On one flight with them I had health problems. I got so severe pain that I passed out. They somehow managed to put me on a flat bed in first class, a passenger who was an emergency doctor looked after me and one flight attendant stayed at my side for the rest of the fight. I only woke briefly when we landed because I was shocked that i was lying and realised something was wrong. They had emergency doctor and ambulance already at the door when we reached the gate. They were incredibly friendly and professional and did everything right. And as coincidences happen when I flew back a couple of weeks later the flight attendant that had taken so good care of me was on board and I could properly thank her.
I’m so glad that you are ok and that things worked out, however I hope what I’m about to say doesn’t offend anyone but they would not have left a human being past out and not taken care of as a) that would be inhumane and b) if they hadn’t looked after you they would be breaking health and safety policy but most importantly it can risk a lawsuit as well. They would not want an angry passenger to find out they haven’t been taken care of and if something happened to them it could easily be blamed on the crew. But overall I’m glad you’re doing well and that they did their jobs correctly 👍☺️

I just looked the the Q Suite and the middle seats can even have its partitions between facing seats come down so that four people can socialize. That space can either be an on-board boardroom, or simply a place to dine together. I think it is quite innovative!

Qatar is an amazing airline. We flew them back in December of 2018 and I agree with you on how the flight attendants treat passengers. Just above and beyond from the minute you board the plane. What is just so easy (amazing customer service), is just so hard for so many airlines.
I would love to see how designers come up with ideas on how to put together a first/business class experience. Any chance of doing an interview with those people?
Of course Qatar would be in the lap of luxury… I truly understand the favoritism of Qatar… For those who do not, are most likely not familiar with Dubai or the Arab Emirates... these are the absolutely wealthiest destinations in the world… Most of us will never have that opportunity so your reviews are fabulous to watch and allows us all to see how that side of the world knows and appreciates luxury… Flying Qatar is definitely on my bucket list after watching your reviews… I am so so glad that I found your channel… Again, thank you nonstop Dan… You are beyond educated and an experienced blessed traveler… I have been waiting for this review… I cannot thank you enough for sharing this experience🙋♀️❤️🙏

Hurray, no eggplant! That is a wonderful business class everything. Flying facing "backwards" is actually safer that facing forward. In case of rapid deceleration, g-forces work in your favor. Enjoyed this video, as I do all your efforts.
Actually sometimes there can be a emergency landing and the pilot has to decelerate quickly to avoid crashing into anything so when that happens as Dianne Williamson said rear facing seats will be better
Dan, you mentioned how Qatar crew says goodbye to business class passengers.. well, sometimes, when I like the crew I ask them where they will be sat at landing and if they're sat at station that I won't get the chance to say goodbye I then say goodbye to them at that point thanking them for a wonderful service, even shaking their hand sometimes.. I like bidding farewell to the nice members, especially after a long flight 😌
Singapore airlines is not that bad either in my personal opinion I think Emirates is definitely not better than Qatar airways and Singapore airlines is really good
Yeah this is probably better. Emirates just has a special spot in my heart for upgrading me on my 4th flight with them at no cost. Best flight of my life.

I'm a traveler myself who has recently experienced a series of catastrophic medical events and I'm now wondering if you had considered doing videos like this with someone who has disabilities to show how the airlines handle and cope with those with handicaps.

Qatar Airlines has suites that include a double bed for two people traveling together? All the other airlines that provide "roomettes" seem to prohibit double occupancy...
The little extras matters sososo much. I run a tiny B&B and one of my little extras is when my guests check out is a small bottle of homemade liqueur either Damson or Apple from our orchard with a personalised ribbon ........ so little but so much. I am planning a trip purely to experience these q suites on Qatar as a surprise for my husband, may take a year to save up !!!!!!!. Thank you Nonstop Dan
Dan as always beautiful review. This time I would want to point out a thing because I felt it should be. In couple of flights I have seen you unhappy regarding the food served which was justified but this time in Qsuite I think you shouldn't have complained. As you are vegan, I believe airline can't serve you better food than this in business class. The presentation was neat and foods looked delicious too. I think if you want even more better vegan food then restaurant is the place not aircraft. Like, you were disappointed with the burgers which you shouldnt be. Getting burgers in a plane itself is a perk and you ordered vegan burger so getting it right is tough I think. If you want better food then go for normal food and I believe that wont disappoint you. I am not your hater but I believe after seeing the food onboard in this particular flight review it would be harsh if you say you were disappointed. In other reviews like the one in Air Italy is justified and food looked horrible but I couldnt agree with you this time around. #keepgoing #weloveyourvideos :)

Brother with due respect, I just wanted to say that the food he expects in a plane is something extravagant. Atleast here I could see the food looked beautiful unlike his previous experiences but still he said its not up to the mark. Now anyone has the right to say anything in their own den as everyone has freedon of speech but I simply tried to mean that he orders special meal which is made in very minimal amount and I believe for an airline it would be very hefty task to deliver restaurant level food in a plane as there are many constraints. Well...funny thing is even though he was not impressed with the burgers he still finished both of them anyway so he probably had a change of heart. I'm pretty sure that the veggies on the burgers were seasoned properly. I would have wanted to try out the one with the filling that looked like zucchini.
I flew Qatar from Doha to LAX on Business class before this video was posted. The seat was pretty immense but was not to impressed by the service nor food. It wasn’t bad but there has been much better service and food on ANA or Lufthansa Business class flights. Great product though and enjoyed using it as a connection hub to my home country Armenia. Nice video as always and thank you for sharing your experience! Btw ANA has done on demand with much better food.
Flew BA to Miami out in Business back in World Traveller plus, there service in the sky is shocking. Staff must think they’re on holiday large periods of time elapsed when the crew were gone. Food was shocking there was an issue on the ground that delayed the food services, what staff there was seemed poultry. Asked for drinks in business everything was a problem, an attitude or just didn’t have it available. Never again wish you would make some videos on what you think of BA they’ve gone down the toilet.
pretty much a consistent experience down to the main attendant introducing themselves and saying they will take care of you. I generally don't want to land to be honest. just last week I arrived form madrid and was hoping for another 3 hours in the air.
I would hate to be staring at that engine the whole time. I don't think that's a really good view out the window to be honest. Hope that seat was discounted. I do love you videos though keep up the great job!

Yes, in fact, he did knowingly or unknowingly. Qatar Airways doesn't put a price on seat selection like American Airline and Delta. Each seat in economy or buisness cost the same from a person perspective. I sat in that configuration twice (unknowingly) and it didn't affect the experience at all and wouldn't care in the future either way. The real minor downside of that seat is the flip of the effects of acceleration and deaccelation (how things moves when flying/landing).
@@peterisaac16 Close the window??! For the money that a person would pay to have that type of seating shouldn't they be able to use the window without seeing a big huge engine. I chalk it up as a design flaw. They should have had the window angled differently and not set staring into the great abyss of an engine whirling about!
Just flew in Qsuite for the first time from Bangkok to Doha and I was truly amazed. Absolutely no airline could offer anything even close to a business class cabin this good. I didn't find the meals to be good though, apart from great tea and coffee :)
You are spot on as whenever I have flown on Qatar they treat you like a VIP & their cuisine is sublime! Their business Q Suite product is class leading & no one comes close!

I have flown with Qatar airways couple of times and always the experience is amazing... They even serve complimentary food for transit passenger s at Doha airport in a canteen
So enjoy your videos...I have not flown extensively for the past three decades but I did prior thanks to my father's job. Oh...how flight experiences have changed since the days of my youth. While I only experienced first class once, Quantas from LAX to Melbourne, I did get to take advantage of Business Class in its infancy. My most memorable flights were on Singapore Airlines, JAL, and Quantas. In that order. I am so grateful to relive those memories and to vicariously experience your journeys through the videos that you share. Perhaps upon retirement...I will have the opportunity to travel the world again...albeit in economy class!!! Thanks again for sharing your passion.

When you book an airline ticket, you choose the seat after and this is the common practice.

Its to do with RUclips. I believe videos with more likes are more likely to be recommended to new viewers who arent already subscibed to the channel. there may be some effect on add revenue as well but I'm not too sure
It puts them in the home page of RUclips for people who watch travel videos making him get more views which = more money
I have flown with Qatar airways couple of times and always the experience is amazing... They even serve complimentary food for transit passenger s at Doha airport in a canteen
For business and first class in the lounges. Not for economy passengers

So enjoy your videos...I have not flown extensively for the past three decades but I did prior thanks to my father's job. Oh...how flight experiences have changed since the days of my youth. While I only experienced first class once, Quantas from LAX to Melbourne, I did get to take advantage of Business Class in its infancy. My most memorable flights were on Singapore Airlines, JAL, and Quantas. In that order. I am so grateful to relive those memories and to vicariously experience your journeys through the videos that you share. Perhaps upon retirement...I will have the opportunity to travel the world again...albeit in economy class!!! Thanks again for sharing your passion.
Wow!!! Qatar looks amazing! I still think they have the most attractive paint scheme too. The suites look very comfortable too.
